Trouble setting up logitech Rumble pad 2 gamepad for UO HELP

I am having a diffulcut time setting set up rumble pad 2 gamepad to work with ulitma online. I know several people use it and say very difficult to set up. If anyone could assist me and helping me set my gamepad up I would greatly appreciate it.
