    They need to get Ronnie Coleman to play the main character...that's my only input.

    I'm actually a bit dissapointed. I expected the release of GoW 2 to be MUCH earlier, somewhere next year.

    Or you could go with the one that's not such a huge stretch in logic and is more than just one letter...Ronnie Coleman...it's a clear match.

    Gears of War, much like Halo, will not make a good movie.



    The characters are too animated. I just can't see it becoming realistic.

    Great, now we get a wave of video game movies... which are always incredibly bad. I mean seriously... who saw Doom? Street Fighter? God awful films.

    In defense of video game movies, Resident Evil wasn't bad. It wasn't the best movie, nor even the best 'zombie' movie that I have seen but at least it didn't totally suck ass.

    I'm sure they will put The Rock in this one somewhere, it will be dubbed DOOM 2.

    Don't hate on Resident Evil and Mortal Kombat. Those are around the best video game movies.

    Yeah, I sort of agree with this. Movies and Games never mix(well, ok, with a few exceptions). Any movie that turned into a game sucked. Any game that turned into a movie sucked. Probably because games are meant to be all gameplay oriented and have the user be involved, whereas movies are all story oriented and need the user to simply sit there are pay attention.

    In defense of video game movies, Resident Evil wasn't bad. It wasn't the best movie, nor even the best 'zombie' movie that I have seen but at least it didn't totally suck ass. I have to agree there, Resident evil was a good movie. But RE2 was horrible imo.
