Question about PSU

So I was messing around with my comp and noticed some of my volt displays are off by what I think are quite a bit. Anyone on here know how far of they can be before damage happens to any other items?

Example: +5v is reading 4.92 and +12v is reading 11.90

In America I have bad teeth. If I lived in England my teeth would be perfect.

    Are you taking a reading using software or a real life volt meter? Software meters are usually off. Still, you are fine, the voltage should be within 5%.

    I got the reading from both.
