Never had this happen before but I need to ask for some help.

in Everquest II
I haven't played in a couple weeks, so I figured I'd log in to see what the new update had done. Only to find that I can't seem to right click on ANY of my hotbars anymore and open up a second hotbar. Utterly stupid. Why would they do something insane like take away the ability to right click? That was useful.



Anyway, how do I open up a new hotbar now?

    Yeah they changed it, and made it a lot harder to get the hotbar options up. What you have to do is hover your mouse right on the edge of your hotbar then right-click to get the options. Usually takes a couple of attempts to get to come up.

    That change makes absolutely no sense at all.

    My best guess would be removing a procedure that was facilitating the use of bots/scripts.  That is always something of a tradeoff for devs because not only do they have to balence playability vs. abuse but every time they issue a detailed release on what their trying to fix they educate more people as to a weakness in their initial construction.

    All that being said I've never been impressed by SOE and it wouldn't surprise me for a bit if they broke something by mistake and just don't care to inform/apologize to their userbase.
