SOE had filed for a trademark of the title

“EVERQUEST II RISE OF KUNARK”    

Edit - As I suspected the links to the search results don't work after a session ends.  you can still see the results by going to the US patent and trademark office and doing a search on "everquest"

I doubt they are that far in yet, only just a name at this stage.
