Does anyone know why they dont accept electronic entries?

i guess its becose it would be a hell of spams , its too easy to send a email , they would need millions of people to see all email , and in the end most of them would be crap.

now if you send it by mail , you are going to send a work well done , you are not going to waste money on the post office to send trash ...

makes sence to me.

conclusion , its a way to filter the trash.
