Differences between the combined and collectors edition?

Okay, i've just ordered the combined edition for pretty cheap and I was wondering what the exclusive items are? Do they differ from the CoV collectors edition? If so is it possible for me to register the collectors edition cdkey too? Im asking this because i'm also planning on getting the CoV collectors edition for very cheap and was wondering whether or not it's worth registering my CoV cdkey with the combined one when it gets delivered or to wait for the collectors one.

You can add both serial numbers into your account, enabling bonus items from both editions.

Just make sure you click on "upgrade account", and not "add game" in your PlayNC account.
