looking for corp to take me under their wing...total loyalty offered

i am really interested in EVE, but feel completely overwhelmed. i hear getting into a good corp is primary...so, i am offering my full lifetime (as long as i play eve) commitment to the corporation that is willing to take me under their wing and get me up to speed. i think i am more interested in the PVP aspect of things. i really do not care too much about race or anything like that...i will listen to instruction and take orders if necessary.  overall i would like a well established corporation that knows what they are doing. thanks.
