How do i know if i can run this?

Ok, please help me out, because I dont know how these pc mmorpgs work.  Basically I want to know if my cpu can run FFXI Vanadiel collection 2007. My operating system is XP Home Edition, I have 448 MB or RAM (i think 512 total) and 36 GB of free space on my C drive. I think my processor (whatever that is) is Celeron (R) CPU 3.06 GHz    3.07GHz????  I have no idea what graphic card or sound cards my PC has, and I dont know how to check which cards I have either....Can anyone help me out? Based off of the info I provided does anyone know if I can run this game? It looks really fun, thx.

You'll be able to run it.
When I first ran FFXI, I ran it on dialup, on 20 GB, 1.6GHz Pentium 4, Windows Me, 128 MB RAM.

I think my video card is an ATI Radeon Xpress 200 series. Memory size is 256 MB. Will I be unable to run FFXI properly because it is a 200 series card?
