error during install pls help

I preordered this game at station store and had to download. Everything went smooth but during the installation it said there was a "catastrophic failure"  on some file. I tried reinstalling it 3 times and every time is the same on the same file. I also tried by blocking the antivirus and restarting my comp but nothing....

anyone else got the same prob? pls help if you can tnx
