The good ole Tunnel days of EQ..

Man , does anyone else remember when EQ was first released? I thought i was in heaven, not sure if it was because it was pretty much the first of its kind or it was really just that good. I would give up all the games I play to go back to the first couple weeks of EQ. Who needs a pub when you got the West Commonlands Tunnel!

No I only sterted playing EQ 2 years ago, but I did enjoy the progression servers right at the very beginning, before the progression through the expansions got under way. Once Luclin was opened I completely lost intrest in it. There is too much imbalance between expasions, it made the game too much of an "oh look my kits obsolete. Again!"

I would love an EQ classic server or two.

Ahhh EQ1. The biggest timesink of all time for me. I can't even count how many hours I spent in the tunnel. Bazaar Sundays were the best. Trading, selling, buying, duels, trash talking. The good ol' days on Bristlebane.

I think its funny how most servers had Eastern commonlands as their selling spot before luclin's bazaar. Our server was one of the few to only use Northern Freeport as the hot selling place. It was always filled with people but that was the drinal server. But anywhos yes it was my fav and first game and I have the most memories which I will never forget from it. Although they are probably all due to the fact that it was my "First" game, not the actual game itself.
