This is a question regarding system design in MMO. By system design I mean combat system, crafting etc etc. Mainly aimed at how users interact with them. So on to the question.
Would you rather have a simple system that allows for a complex interaction or a Complex system that allows for simple interaction ?
If it doesn't make sens think of it this way.
Simple -> Complex = Lego
Complex -> Simple = Model kits that you assemble
