i buy this game andi create account but i cant add the archlord...the cd key is accepted but the site always go down and is terible . i try and from other pc but same things i need my money back.any1 know what happens?
You said it accepted the key? Have you tried just logging into the game? I know the COG system is kinda buggy at times, but you might just be able to log in. As for returning it, I'm not sure what country you live in, but in the US, you cannot return MMORPGs. There is basically no store that will let you do it. Once you buy it and have that key, it's yours.
