Extracting problem?

in 9Dragons
9D doesn't extract completely, and i think the only problem is it cant extract the uninstall, how do i fix this?

    I downloaded mine at Acclaim 9D site and it works fine, I think ur zip file might have been corrupted somehow.

    I suggest you to re-download it using download program that allow u to resume.
