This article was posted on the warhammer forums and I though it would be a good idea to post it hear as well as it gives a clear date as to each games start.

I would also like to say WoW, in my experience, is one of my favorite games. 10 out of 10. I have been playing it since it was released and would have kept playing it if we didn't have a birth in the family. The game mechanics make it easy for novice players to jump into the mmo, but they are noobed down to the points where veterans  cannot enjoy the game. The beginning of the game, is my personal favorite. As you reach thirty you begin to realize the dungeons will get longer but by then you will know if you have enough time to dedicate yourself to them or not. The graphics are great, cartoony, as people would say, but so what? I love em.Anyways heres the article. It shows the date of the release of each franchise.
