HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

Hey, I went to gamestop, I pre-ordered Vanguard: Saga of Heroes but forgot to get the special offer that comes with the pre-order!!!! What do I do???? HELP!

It says if i pre-order Vanguard: Saga of Heroes I will be included in beta and they'll give me a beta key. PLEASE HELP WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT TO ASK FOR THE SPECIAL OFFER?

    I would call gamestop and ask them but from my understanding if you pre-order it does not guarantee a beta invite.
