14 day trial problem. Plz help.

in Lineage 2
I got the key code for 14 day trial at MMORPG.com

and ADD the code in my PlayNC account and Lineage II appeared in my game list. Everything seems good, but when i put my ID and PW in the game, nothing happens.

What can i do now?

I am dowloaded the client at FilePlanet, instal normaly and autoupdate etc etc...

I have to do something more?

    Did it tell in the bottom of the client "Incorrent username and/or pw"? If not it might be your firewall, try doing what the CS says to fix this issue. If that doesn't help, contact Support and you'll get an answer within 24h on a business day.
