NWN2 Fallout Mod

Okay, I have absolutely no experience modding games, but the thought of Fallout retold with the engine and abilities of NWN2 is enough for me to try. What I'd like is if anyone can point me to some good tutorials for the NWN2 editing tool and maybe some advice as to how to go about this. My intent is to make a faithful recreation of the original with maybe a few spruce ups here and there as far as story, quest, etc. and for it to be multi-player. Thanks in advance
