ok i made my account and they sent me stuff on my email i downloaded it i started it up and after i put in all my user & pass info i says something like its not subscibed for somereason can any1 help me?

I haven't played in a long time, but if I remember correctly, just go into your Account Manager and subscribe to the game.  It doens't cost anything now, just a leftover part of the old billing system.
