  • Ascent Infinite Realm Teaser FAQ: No Gender Lock!

The main complaint so far has been about gender lock but now we know that was false.

Please understand that this project is still under development; this means game aspects, plans, and the rest are subject to change. Next week we will be heading to G-Star for the A:IR Showcase, which will have even more information. Keeping that in mind, we hope you find the FAQ below helpful; and will work to bring you more information and updates as we move forward.

    • Are the classes of A:IR gender locked?
      • Bluehole is planning to add both genders to each class.

    • What types of mounts and vehicles will A:IR have?
      • Aerial vehicles include airships, animal-type mounts, and bike-type vehicles. You can fly using a jetpack and a wingsuit even though they are not the same as mounts. Also, there is a ground mount, and a mech which can also be crafted by the users later.
    • How do I register on the test server or sign-up for CBT?
      • Currently, there is no test sign-up, but you can sign-up for our newsletter. Check back here on the official website, or follow us on our social media where we will release more information as it is available.
    • Will there be more classes at launch?
      • No additional classes are planned for launch. Each of the current classes, however, can be specialized into two sub classes. More information about sub-classes will be shared in the future..

  • Mu Legend - Launch Day Impressions - MMORPG.com

Its fun so I will play it as a side game.
  • Destiny 2 Playerbase Has Dropped By Over 2 Million Users Since Launch

When it launched last month on console, Destiny 2 quickly peaked with around 3.5 million concurrent players on September 17. Since then in just the last 30 days Destiny 2's player base has plummeted by over 2 million users, with over 400,000 lost in the last two days. With Destiny 2 ready to pre-load on PC as of now via Battle.net and the game due out October 24, it's disheartening to see such a popular game take a nose-dive.

I only played the demo so I cant say much about the game but for those who have it on console can you give any info on whats wrong?

Not good at all for Bungie.  :/
  • Improve Your FPS in Black Desert Online

Another thing that helps a lot is to uncheck " Graphic Card Low Power Mode "

That option can be found in Setting / Screen / Optimization Options

I have a GTX 1060 / AMD FX 8350 and everything maxed out with High End Mode unchecked and I am usually 55-60 FPS.
  • Improve Your FPS in Black Desert Online

The FPS improvement fix revolves around DPI Scaling Behaviour. In order to apply the fix, you need to navigate to your Black Desert Online installation folder, and find the Black Desert Online Launcher. Here you have to right click on the file and choose Properties. After that, pick the Compatibility tab and find “Override high DPI scaling behaviour’. Tick the box, choose “Application” and press Apply. Once done, you need to restart Black Desert Online. Now you can check whether your FPS has improved.
