New Gear Upgrading System


-Allows you to upgrade your gear up to +15
-Depending on your Upgrade Level your Items appearance changes
-Weapons and Shields can be Evolved 3 times for extra stats

New Skill System


-Skills now must be upgraded with Skill Points
-9th Skillslot has been added
-You can skill some class-depending stats

Updated Combat System


-New fighting BGM
-Combat is much faster now
-Faster skill channeling time
-Skill cooldowns have been removed or lowered
-Updated hit sound and visual effects

Crafting/Gathering


-You can choose 1 profession you want to “master”
-If you want to master Blacksmith for example the items have higher quality and better stats
-The crafting UI has been reworked
-You have real professions now you have to learn and level. Blacksmith for Gear, Goldsmith for accessories and runes, Alchemist for Potions and Cook for Bufffood.
-You now need recipes to learn how to craft specific items
-Recipes can be bought at a NPC or be dropped from bosses
-Gathering must be leveled as well

    Taming/Mounts

    -Your Pet/Mount now gains experience when it’s summoned
    -There are items to restore a Pets/Mounts fatigue now
    -There are 4 stages for Pets/Mounts now. Luxury, Rare, Heroic, and Legendary

    -You can now use Pets/Mounts with lower grade as upgrade material to level them
    -The chance to successfully upgrade your Pet/Mount increases with every fail
    -New UI
    -Depending on your mounts stage it’s appearance changes

    -The Taming System has been replaced with a minigame. You now have to hit a button at the right time to tame a pet or mount

    -Taming scrolls can no longer be purchased at a NPC. You have to craft them now or get them through quest rewards
    -You can now level your Taming Skill. Taming becomes easier with every level
    -Anima System has been added. With every Taming attempt, there is a chance to get an egg with a pet inside or other rewards
    -You can now trade pets and mounts
    -There are now “costumes” for some pets and mounts

    Character Creation

    -More Face Shape Options

    -More Breast Options

    -More thigh options

    -New Body Size Options

    -More Haircolor Options

    -30 new Hairstyles


    -More Eyebrow, Iris, Pupils, Eye Options and Skin Colors

    -Alternative Human Mascu Style

    UI/UX

    -New, more compact Menu UI

    -You can now hide specific Quest Types (aka your Quest Window is not fille with Hunting Quests anymore).

    -You can now create your own tabs for the Chatbox

    -It is now easier to find items at the auctioneer. In the old version you had to enter the full name, now a part of it is enough. You can also compare your gear now

    -This one is a bit hard to translate, but i think this is an option to automatically underbid other players. For example: You sell an Item for 10 Gold and set the minimum price for this Item to 7 Gold. If another Player sells the same item for 9 Gold, your Items price automatically drops to 8 Gold 99 Silver 99 Bronze.

    -A Screenshot Mode has been added. This Mode hides the UI and gives you more options to move your camera.

    -Auto-Pathing added

    -New Character Creation Screen

    -New Map Icons

    -New NPC HP bars

    -New Guild Info next to a Players name

    -You can now see information of other Guilds in the game and apply for them

    -There is now a Dungeon Finder AND a new Random Dungeon Queue that gives you special rewards at the end

    -When you wield a dual sword and equip a new pair the second sword you equip will no longer replace the first one so you dont have to drag the other sword to the 2nd slot anymore. Same with rings

    -You can now change the order of Party Members in the Party UI (Like Tank on Top for easier healing etc)

    Those breast options...I wont lie and say I wont at least try this game because I want to mess around with the body tattoos. Dunno why most games limit tattoos to the face....

    I've seen gameplay of this, the combat is what really needed to be fixed.  Also, auto-pathing is a red flag for me.

     Wasn't this game broken because of bad engine optimization in combat? How do these menu enhancement features change that? I'm all for quality of life improvements but shouldn't they take care of the foundation before they start repainting?

    I was thinking the same thing. However, maybe they just don't have enough to show on that front but this is what they do have.

    If the UI was poorly written or had flaws it could affect performance. There could have been multiple systems suffering from performance conditions possibly due to similar architectures. It could be the combat and gear system changes warranted a UI update. There could be a lot of reasons why they felt it necessary. It's hard to say unless they say.

    I am sold that Korean devs think gamer's are shallow minded and don't want an immersive world,i truly believe that.

    Why are they still putting hand holding arrows on the screen,showing you a path to a quest?Tons of their games have some sort of orb floating beside the player,just weird stuff that makes no sense and looks fake.
    A floating orb would be synonymous with a space design not a Fantasy design.

    20 years after mmo's first started and we haven't evolved past a Staff that looks like it is magically stuck to a players back...sigh.Seriously,do devs not look at their work and think hmm does this look right,does it make sense.
    This is why i think gamer's just want some fake superficial non immersive world to get loot in and nothing more.They don't think we want to immerse ourselves long term,they think everything should be an action arcade game for hyper ADD people.

    How many years have korean games been doing the +1 ..+2  ..+3 ...+15 sigh,super lazy design just there to encourage cash shop ideas.You can buy this item from cash shop that allows you to fail but not go lower than +6 and this item sells so you have a 50% chance at a +1 and son and so on.

    Can one developer please design a game that makes sense that immerses the player beyond loot and cash shops?I mean we still see games being advertised .."WE HAVE RAIDING" bla bla game has a new DUNGEON for new LOOT  etc etc.FIFTY man raids,no wait we have 150 man raids,we have 250 man raids etc etc.Give me a MMO+a RPG world and immersion,skip the cheap gimmicks.

    Do the characters...armor look good?Yep but i am not buying a fashion show.

    Some really great features there. They seem to have adopted a lot of BDO's mechanics. I suspect the RNG element for upgrading will be there as well. The pet system sounds like an improvement on BDO's though.

    Wizardy, did you ever consider that the reason they make their games the way they do is that they value different things or that perhaps they play a bit differently and therefore they utilize different mechanics, such as auto-pathing, because they are being very social or multi-tasking or any number of reasons?

    I don't like the cutesy stuff but apparently they find it amusing. Maybe they don't see orbs as "just being futuristic" like you do. I mean, with barely any effort I was able to find this:

    Yes but maybe they value how things look, appearance, over some western games where the developers/artists don't seem to really put much effort into such things. Again, different cultures.

    And in the end, maybe "immersion" means something different to them or they just don't value it in the same way or think of it the same way as a westerner might. I mean, they add all those cutesy things which I hate but I suspect they like the whimsy.

    Maybe the more whimsical the better? and who knows, maybe all that +1, +2, +15 stuff is more about the gambling involved to get there and they like that?

    Using your yard stick to measure another culture's gaming preferences might just not work.

    And where's @blueturtle13 ? I be he might have insight into the reasons.

    They need a lot more content - I am glad that they are moving in the right direction.

    OP sort of didn't mention that the current map has large areas of ... nothing.
    But I am glad they are not giving up, because this is probably one of the last 100mil+ AAA MMORPGs will see out of Korea in a while.
