One of my favorite actors.  May his transition be an easy one.

Shouldn't this be in the Off Topic Discussion board?

No, Spock lives on forever, as does the spirit of this great man we have lost today.

    Live long, and prosper.

    Good choice! LLAP

A sad day for the world of sci fi.

Play for fun. Play to win. Play for perfection. Play with friends. Play in another world. Why do you play?

Your avatar can serve as a memorial!

The world is a little less magical without Nimoy around.

    This is truly sad.

He had a great and long life, but still wish he would have made it twenty more years...

In my imagination they´ll send him to planet Genesis, and we´ll see what happens from there.

    This is not over.

Guess I´ll be watching that Columbo episode he starred in tonight. Then, Wrath of Khan.

Please stay as you are. ^^

I just thought of the dialoge in Pirates of the Carribbean, when they find the dead Kraken.

There is indeed now less in it. :(

Barbossa: The world used to be a bigger place.
Jack Sparrow: The world's still the same. There's just... less in it.

Listening to him explain the origin of the Vulcan hand gesture. Halfway down the page in a video.    http://www.nytimes.com/2015/02/27/arts/television/leonard-nimoy-spock-of-star-trek-dies-at-83.html  Funny stuff.

    Damn.

Tonight I'll be watching Star Trek: TOS as tribute.

“There are certain queer times and occasions in this strange mixed affair we call life when a man takes this whole universe for a vast practical joke, though the wit thereof he but dimly discerns, and more than suspects that the joke is at nobody's expense but his own.”

    Very sad :(

I still can't believe it. Sins i was a child, Spock was......i dunno.....i have no words. He was special in a very different way. At least for me.

Rest in peace good old Friend.

This is not really sad news. People die, that's just it.

He had a nice life, did what he liked to do, and gave people a lot of entertainment.

He died at old age, not so old, but not young either really.

    He left behind great memories.

I first saw the news while having "MeTV" on the television. They are doing a "Leonard Nimoy Remembered Day." I went to the web to verify and sure enough, he has passed on. No Star Trek 3 for him, this time :)

I will miss him and mourn the death of an actor I have enjoyed watching all my life.

"I am, and always will be, your friend..."

    Rest in peace, Leonard...

Personally the only modern MMORPG trend that annoys me is the idea that MMOs need to be designed in a way to attract people who don't actually like MMOs. Which to me makes about as much sense as someone trying to figure out a way to get vegetarians to eat at their steakhouse.
