I just subbed to ESO.  When I try to register for the official forums, it asks for an invitation code and won't let me proceed without one.  I can't find where I've received a code in e-mail.  Any ideas?

    It took a few weeks for me to receive mine.

    I would put a help request in about it. Once you get that invite, would be nice to know as 'three weeks' is hardly the norm.
