Open World PVP MMORPG

All i ask for is a good mmorpg game that has a open pvp world. It doesnt need great graphics due to the fact that i enjoyed a game called tibia (probably the best mmorpg game i've ever played), which have really bad graphics.
Open world pvp to me means that you can kill ANYONE ANYWHERE (except in safe zones as some buildings). It's really that simple. What i also want is a game where i get rewarded for pvp, like the players loot or exp. The games pvp system can also have some kind of criminal system where you get more and more infamous with bounty or etc.

You can try Eve or Perpetuum. Eve has exact this type of pvp. But if you don't like Eve's combat than try Perpetuum. Perpetuum is very similar to Eve. But it is with robots instead and on a planet. You have wasd controls and you have to use terrain for your tactics. Eve is a p2p mmorpg and has great population with a lot of features. Perpetuum is in alpha stage and is a b2p mmo. Population is very decent but not very much. There is always +500 online players. Perpetuum's world is not as big as Eve's. So population is more than enough.
I didn't play it yet but if you don't like sci-fi games than you can try ArcheAge too. I think it has a similar type of pvp. and it will be f2p. It is in alpha stage too. But you have to pay $150 for play in alpha.
Darkfall 1 was that game.
What I dont understand is why would someone want to kill anyone and anywhere in the first place. Seems a little odd.

There are several.
For fantasy, Darkfall is the best out there, and has some of the best combat mechanics in the entire MMO genre.
For scifi, there's Eve.
For indie sandbox stuff, there's Salem.
Darkfall Unholy Wars is also that game. It's the same game, except vastly improved.
