I know other has had this problem, how did y ou guys fix it?
When I try to login, it says:
"Your login information was incorrect. Please try again".
I have activated my 3day headstart key, and I can login to the website just fine!

At least I am not the only one...
Very nice to pay for being able to play earlier, and not be able to log in.
You should have thought they would have fixed this, since they already did the 5 day headstart.

Contacted support, they'll feed you the same copy and paste response:
We are aware of the "login information is incorrect" issue and are currently investigating. As we work to isolate the issue, please ensure that you are able to log into account.elderscrollsonline.com using the same credentials (that way we can figure out if this is only occurring with attempts to log into the game itself).

I have contacted support.
But maybe someone in here knew how to fix it, since I've seen other with this problem.

In the meantime, I can't use their own forum since I dont have a invitation code or something.

If my forum password is different from game login, how would I know what the password is?
Now I got respond, for anyone with the same problem...
They told me to try to reset my password. Thing is, if you do that, you will never be able to use the password again
