Anyone think that the answer to the second question pretty much confirms that entry points will be perma-camped?

From what I understand its not at spawn points and there are other ways around, but just choke points like bridges over rivers and stuff. I think they are saying that small groups taking the shortest route to somewhere else will more than likely try to cross into other territory there. They said land route so I assume they are using the big rivers in Tameriel as the less than speedy route? Maybe swimming is a lot slower than walking or maybe a horse can't swim or is really slow about it like in real life?

I agree with you, unless there are mechanics in place to prevent that kindda spawn camping, it might turn ugly.
On another note I am really looking forward to some 3 faction RvR, April cannot come soon enough!
Choke points (as mentioned in the q&a) aren't spawn points
