    instanced.

    there they came up with a system that basically doesnt need an instanced housing world (since it's floating in the fucking air!), then they decided to scrap the open world idea and make it instanced.....

    I actually prefer the instanced method with the neighbor system.


    Open world housing has been done before. For example. Those who played SWG have said the landscape was littered with a sea of ghost towns. Great idea on paper. Not good in practice.

    That is true, SWGs system only worked well at the beginning before lots of houses became abandoned. Then it was just a glorious mess of pointless buildings
