Just a word of advice, this game is also a "play at your own risk" game, there are botters and hackers running around the game. They can steal all your tradeble currency and items even with AoW secondary password in place. That is not a solo incident too. Apparently some guys found out that in 1 incident the hacker is from fuzhou china. SnailGames USA apparently is not compensating anything to the victims as of far. I was a live victim recently and after reporting to a GM the full scenario of what happened and what i had lost, nothing have changed and no reply from them. 1 week have passed since i got hacked... (P.S. i have never used any hacking software or bought illegal gold ever before, i dont even know how it works)
There are lot of forum thread relating to players being hacked and SnailGames USA are not willing to compensate anything. If you are unlucky to be one of the hacker`s victim, its just too bad bad for you. You just have to take it.
