Tribe Community Event VII - Relay - Leviathan - 10/26

 

The Tribe Gaming Community in this case Tribe's Free Company Chapter is excited to be hosting another ARR Tribe Community Event. We have a strong tradition of hosting server wide Tribe sponsored events as a way to engage the community, and look forward to sharing this next event with you.

For this event you are going to need some team work; teams of 5 that is. We are going to have a 5 man relay. This relay will involve the passing off of items acting as the baton, and will span areas containing significantly different mob levels. So make sure your team members can handle their leg of the race, and have a Chocobo. Oh, and did I mention there are prizes!

Here are the details:

• Each team will consist of 5 individuals
• All participants will meet in Wineport by 8pm server time 12:00PM PST, 2:00PM CST, 3:00PM EST
• At this point each team will register for the race giving the name of the character doing each leg of the race
• Once each character has been registered they may relocate to their respective aetheryte crystal
• Prior to the start of the race each starter will be given 5 copper ingots with the same crafter signature on them
• The race will begin once all members are at their designated locations
• During the race at the conclusion of each leg the arriving individual will trade all but 1 of their ingots to the next person
• After the pass off the individual who just finished their leg will then trade their remaining ingot to the tribe representative at the aetheryte crystal
• When the anchor (last person in a relay) arrives at the finish line they will open trade with the final Tribe representative, signifying the conclusion of their race.
• The first team to arrive at the finish line and open trade with the judge will be the winner if each member of the team has presented their ingots

The legs are as follows:

1. Wineport -> Camp Bronze Lake
2. Camp Bronze Lake -> Camp Overlook
3. Camp Overlook -> Swiftperch
4. Swiftperch -> Summerford Farms
5. Summerford Farms -> Costa del Sol

The Prizes are:

• 1st place: 50k to the team
• 2nd place: 25k to the team
• 3rd place: 10k to the team
