EQ Next is probably your best bet for this, assuming they are able to pull off most of what they say they want to and assuming the game is stable after the mess that was EQ2 and Vanguard. A couple pretty huge assumptions.
Everyone else seems to want to find a unique way to clone WoW.

I actually did. And I also know the history of that game.
Full of bugs and totally failed shortly after release.
My computer is better than yours.
