If you're used to themepark games, DFUW is a breath of fresh air. It's completely different from the run of the mill MMO's.

DFUW is a harsh environment that features FPS twitch combat with full loot and freeform character progression.

AV have really picked up their game with weekly content patches.

Yes, I endorse this game. Today's patch is awesome, with more good stuff expected in a few days.

Darkfall isn't for everyone.  However they are working in the direction of "everyone" slowly but surely.  A good portion of players love working auction houses and now we have one.  It's more exciting in Darkfall to go out and get materials to sell on it too.

The definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.

Many different kinds of ship and Sea tower are now available with the latest patch.  The game is now open up for a whole new type of crowds.  Here is a sea tower video.

I did try it and it is always the same story - getting tired of it again within hours...

It will always be in the shade of Mortal Online which it seem you can never getting tired of - even after beeing full looted yourself! :)

If one can never tire of MO, why would you pay to try DFUW again? FAIL!!!image

Where have all the "good" shills gone?

"Trying" this game involves buying it and paying subscription.

So before trying it, do your research and make sure you understand the meat of the gameplay, i.e. large arena PvP, grinding crafting, and small time PvE.
