Character Gear (aesthetic gear)

Anyone know what the options are for character gear for aesthetic (look) purposes?  

Are different gear/clothing options available on the coin shop, or is gear only limited to level based gear?

 

It may seem odd,  but I am really thinking my Xadaganian Mentalist needs a set of wings like the Elfs have.    Options of wings, other clothing?    Not pay to win gear, but gear/clothing for aesthetic purposes.

Advice thoughts?

    Costume skins are available to any class, faction, etc, and can be equipped at any level. Some items are cash shop only, some are drops, and others can be bought with currency earned by competing in events.
