First let me say, I fully expect the server and character creation issues with 2.0 will be resolved within the next week or two. So, fanboys relax!

Saying that, lets pretend that Square Enix needs to reboot FFXIV yet again. As a community, we can help name SE's new incarnation.  I'll Start.

    3.0 will probably exist actually. When the first expansion comes :P.  I imagine a new title would involve primals though.
