To answer your question, it is definitely on the "long term" goals. With the release happening and everyone starting on a non legacy server, we expect to get there in time.
I know I'm not going to rush my experience, but I'm sure there's some Grievance members who really want to go ahead and do that. When that time comes, we already have the structure in place ready to go when it comes to raids and dungeons.
