I purchased a digital download from Steam yesterday morning. I registered the key through the TSW account and linked the game to Steam. I can access my TSW account, but whenever I try to login to the game I get the message "unable to connect to the authentication server." I tried changing my game password multiple times and waited over 30 minutes to login. I get the same message. I spoke to a nice lady in live chat who told me I would have to talk to a tech specialist. From what she said, the problem is on my end. So, I sent an e-mail to support 9 hours ago and haven't heard back yet. I tried to login after attempting the following: disabling windows firewall, allowing communication in steam and The Secret World in my firewall, disabling Norton Antivirus, running a scan and repair of files from the game launcher, running the patch file as an administrator, running the launcher as an administrator, and changing from full screen view to borderless window. I have searched the internet forums for solutions. What else can I do? I spent $30 for the game to play. It's been almost two days and I've been reading on the forums that e-mail support doesn't even respond. Anyone else have this issue? Please help.
