    OP lied and the GMs responded in a thread on the forums that he wasn't banned and that there is no rule against running around naked.

    Didnt you see what someone post, Aeria games officially answered that no ban occured and that OP is a pure troll..

     

    I am not playing scarlet blade and I do think they just trying to aim a teenage boys, but boy, stop publishing and discussing wrong information lol

    I find it hilarious that people bash on Aeria games. I mean they literally give stuff away all the time and yet people hate them because they're puritanical tendencies get the best of them.

    Those ratings are kind of silly to begin with if you look at how violence is treated. The whole idea of sex is worse then violence is laughable.

    Could this possibly be a cultural thing? Not a "sex is bad violence is good" sort of thing but a "easterners are not running around naked but the westerners are"?

    I ask that because, years ago, someone on the lineage 2 forum figured out how to lure some sort of siege raid boss to Gludio and (I believe it was gludio) and decimated the town.

    After bannings and a patch to stop it and a lot of other things, the forums were all "back and forth" on the suject. Someone asked what they did in South Korea whereupon the head gm said "they don't do things like this they actually just siege".

    Perhaps they never anticipated that people would actually take off their lingerie and run around naked because it's simply not done and therefore not something they had to deal with before.

    If this is the case then

    1, "yay westerners yet again"

    and

    2, what was the reply? I suspect the op wouldn't have been banned if it were not for his reply.

    Exactly. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall during that meeting where either no one brought it up or someone actually successfully argued against it. :)

    Well, after reading this thread I decided to do a quick google search on the subject.  I found a topic on the official aeriagames forums referencing this post and a Gamemaster responded to the thread saying:

    "Lol. Technically, bans are not to be discussed on the forums here. However, since no ban actually took place, we can discuss it.

    Simply put - this is complete bull-honky. Someone's just looking to stir up some controversy, or maybe get some attention.

    Either way - Scarlet Blade is a Mature Rated game. It is NOT against the rules to run around naked, and no one has EVER been banned for "constantly running around naked."

    Still, good for a laugh!"

    Too juicy a rumor I guess, people genuinely want to believe it.
