Hey ^^

the last years i tried it with Eve 2 times already, but never got in.

This time, i followed the tutorials by the letter and finally the universe has opened.

If you like to know about what experience i made so far, feel free to ask me a question :p

cheers ^^

So you're saying if you're actually willing to learn the game is much better?  I think a lot of people run into the issue of just assuming it will be like every other mmo where the tutorial isn't needed.  Then later complain that the controls are too hard.

Either way I wish you luck in whatever path you choose.  And, recommend finding a good corp pretty quickly.

    Also recommend

Specialise in one thing at first. Don't train all sorts of skills that just look cool. Think about one role you want to do well and plan your skills around that one role.

image 100%.  Nothing worse than learning varied skills that won't help in the short term goals you set up. I

Play as you wish, get maximum fun and point yourself on what you wish to do... this and the former advices are that good.

It is a question of fangs.

You'll have far more fun and success if you try things and sometimes fail than if you never risk failing.

Always assume that someone is out to get you. There's no such thing as paranoia in EVE, and you shouldn't trust people with more or your assets or your information than you need them to have.

But don't assume that everyone out to get you. There's definitely such a thing as friendship and camaraderie in EVE and the game gets a million times better when you find it.

    Good luck mate.

Nice replys, yeah, im gonna keep that path thingy in mind.

Its definitly a learning thing, the game is darn deep.

Now  i saw we need to subscribe to be able to train the Industry skill what made me hug my Paypal account :)

I got a good programm the last days, met the scammers, the gankers and the serpants, served my agents and mining the hell out of it. My Alvion(?) is testing some of the weapons already, different ammo charges and all that, CPU, wtf ... so mutch to learn ^^

Then i read, there is some update soon, makes us able to skill 2 characters at the same time ?

    Awesome game ^^

The best advise i can give you.

Join a Corp ASAP <-----Free isk - assistance - and alot more social.

Train for a ship and look what certificates you also need to unlock, dont think for a second you can fly a ship once you have trained it, many sub systems and weapons systems require alot more training then just Drake / Hurricane / Myrmidon / etc etc

Dont stay in Hisec to long, it gets dull doing only missions or mining or carebear stuff.
Dont solo pvp either as you will learn nothing but defeat.

After you learned a few basic things apply to Goons / Test alliance if you are interested in null sec warfare.
Both of these offer great assistence as you get a mentor that will learn you evrything you want to know.

Do NOT EVER FLY WHAT YOU CANT AFFORD !!!!! dont spend your last isk on a ship ever....
Remember that evrytime you undock there is a high chance you lose your ship, be it from pve or pvp.
There is no safe place in Eve Online ;)
