Specials for returning players?

I SWEAR I saw some special prices for returning players last week. I just went in to take advantage of it but I must have missed it or I'm seeing things. Any idea on how often they have those sorts of things? Thinking about joining again and hoping to finally find the right corporation that will be the right fit.

Every time I play I can never decide on what I want to do or find the right corp (probably mostly due to not knowing what I want to do) so I end up running a couple missions, mining some, then stop playing.
