Scarlet Blade a Character might get wiped chance roll

Currently Scarlet Blade 1 month into Open Beta(3 weeks into Commurcial release) is having bug where your characters might get wiped, this has gone on for a week(since first character wipe) and there has been no progress or messeges from Aeria Games that this might get fixed soon.
Currently it's a game where you have a high chance to get wiped, peoples who have used 15,000 USD on the game has been wiped from the servers and Aeria offers no refound of the wipe becouse when you take the chance to use the Item Mall you dont have the right to claim any refound either with money or AP through Aeria games.
I've used 3500 USD and after 5 days after my characters got wiped i got a messege where Aeria is currently looking into the matter, but if i want my character back i'll have to make a new one with the same name and start over. I demanded a refound on my AP, Aeria stated that AP refounds were not possible and declined the demand.
This is a Pay2WIn game, where you also have to pay 200USD for an outfit, and currently you have to take the high risk of getting wiped without getting your characters or items back.

im confused what exactly are you talking about are you talking aout buying adn selling chars, cause if thats the case, while i would like to say im sorry cause that sucks i honestly cant fill sorry cause i hate people who purchase HIGH level chars.
now if im missunderstanding then i apoligize, and it sounds like they need to fix the issue immidiattly.
P.S. when you say 3500 you mean $35 right i really hope so cause if it $3500.00 then well umm why the hell would you pay that much for a high level char in that crappy game. ?

I didn't have a hard time understanding. He said there is a bug in the game where peoples' characters are getting wiped/ deleted. People who have spent money on their character have nothing now, even if the character is remade.
Of course spending that much money is ridiculous, but I can understand the outrage being out $3500, especially since it was the company's fault. If they restored the character and what was bought in the store, just an inconvenience, but sounds like they aren't which sucks.
It's pretty clear what he's saying.
The only thing that is unclear is the amount of money he claims to have lost and what currency it is in.

I'm amazed that someone would spend a substantial amount of money on any game, especially Scarlet Blade. I guess we know how they afforded those adverts though.

I think you're reading it wrong, he's clearly claiming that he spent 3.5k in the cash shop and his character got deleted.
He said USD, which means he either has no idea what usd means or is lying to inflate the numbers to try and add to his claims of great injustice.
It's also interesting to note that it's people like this who drop insane amounts of dollars in the cash shop that make the f2p model work, that is, asuming he's not lieing and knows what usd means...
When i was typing USD I meant the currency United States Dollar, i'm not quite sure what's unclear about the text. It's an adult game, therefor there are more adult players playing the game, with money enough to put into a game.
What's so weird about putting a couple of thousand bucks in a game, if your in the position where you can spend money, why shouldn't you be able to?
USD = The current currency in United States of America(United States Doller) If you need to get it in with a silverspoon.
If you simply read the post it's a warning that your characters might get wiped if you start playing the game now(in OBT)

Yes, i do mean 3500 United States Dollars, it seems like using USD isn't something that many peoples would understand here.
If my English is that broken, you might want to take a look at your own typing. It seems like you don't even know that Norway is in the northern part of Europe and not a part of United States. This should be common knowledge even for a 12 year old child.
The amount i've spent so far isn't close to those who has spent over 10k USD, there's outfits in the game that you have to pay 150 USD for and more. If you simply read the Forums in Aeria Games now, there's alot of people who still haven't gotten their characters restored even though the wipe started a week ago.

I came here through "Current Forum Activity" box on main page. You won't find any compassion from me. It's your money and you can do whatever you want with them. Still I will have my opinion on this regardless - and that opinion is that spending that kind of money and playing games with that kind of business model like this game is uterly stupid.

That kind of money isn't much for someone who actually has worked for years to earn a position to earn them. You get what you work for, if you can't grasp such a simpel thing then i wonder what kind of hole you crawled up from.
