Screen Resolutions Don't Stick

in Age of Wushu

default resolution for the game seems to be 1280x720

every other game i have played in the last few years allow 1920x1080

that selection is available but it completely messes up the UI (otherwise game looks great) - and even though i can increase the size of the UI the lettering is still messed up like fonts from an old NES game - all jagged and boxy and blurry - difficult to read even though pretty big

but if i restart the game resets to 1280x720 anyway

is there a solution?

graphics card amd 7770

    On the launcher go to > Settings
    Make sure it's the same resolution as set in game

    In game, go into Settings > Video Options
    Adjust Resolution, check/uncheck Window and Wide Angle Mode to your preference

    In game, go into Settings > Interface Options > Other
    Check Shrink/enlarge and adjust the size of your UI to your preference
    Apply > Confirm

    If you're still having issues, open your system_set.ini file with notepad in your
    Snail Games USAAge Of Wushuin folder and check if the win_width and win_height is set at your preferred resolution.

    did all that first stuff but will check the .ini file

    not sure that will fix the funky font but who knows - got excited when i found the spot to adjust the size of the UI, but it just make the messed up font bigger

    If all fails and you have the latest drivers, I suggest posting a screenshot on the official Age of Wushu techsupport forums. People there are quite helpful.

    same here, every time i log in i have to reset it to 1920x1080. it likes my windows bar for some reason and adjusts to it.

     

    It worked for a while, must have had a brain fart at some point and it keeps resetting now.
