Rift F2P question.

Just installed Rift after a very long break, basically got the game on release, played for about a month an quit.

Confused about how the F2P system works? I tried searching for info on the Rift website but all i could find is Rift lite. I don't have rift lite because i can log into my lvl 50 character, can someone explain how it works please? I don't get it.

    thats strange; as far as i know you shouldnt be able to logon to your level 50; maybe you have some free days on your account due to some promotion they are running?

    It is not actually f2p. It is just and extended trail limited not by time but by lvl 20.

    Free to play is currently broken
