Looking for an action combat mmo (as little skill bar dependant as posible). I am looking at PSO2 but waiting for full english release or good translations. Would like a game like Guild Wars 2. Also more pve based than pvp.
DC Univers Online. It is a whole crap ton of fun and has an insane amount of content.
I agree with a few of the suggestions like Vindictus, C9, Tera, Dragon Nest, theres also Raiderz. Is Hellgate still around? That was a cool game. Most of those are available on Steam too making them easily accessible.

These come in order in reference to how good they are. (Tera is clear #1 by far).
TERA at the moment is hands down the best action MMORPG on the market, and you can try it for free.
Its combat is by far the best out there.
