Brains of rats connected allowing them to share information via internet

Were living in exciting times.

Rats thousands of miles apart collaborate on simple tasks via the internet using 'brain-to-brain interfaces'

Scientists have connected the brains of a pair of animals and allowed them to share sensory information in a major step towards what the researchers call the world's first "organic computer".

The applications of this technology once expanded look pretty good.  Can make your own drones to do work for you simply by thinking about it.

    You will be assimilated!

EA CEO John Riccitiello's on future microtransactions: "When you are six hours into playing Battlefield and you run out of ammo in your clip, and we ask you for a dollar to reload, you're really not very price sensitive at that point in time...We're not gouging, but we're charging."

Actually the opposite would be more true.

If this technology ever gets that far - they'll know your job but it doesn't mean they'll do it without being rewarded and they'll know how much you are getting rewarded so you can't under pay them for their contribution to your work.  Infact, there's a chance that you'll view yourself from their perspective which will prevent you from exploiting them or feel adverse effects on your psyche.

Of course it's a british paper, so it's probably a bunch of bullshit.

    Edit: nope, it's true:

Seven of Nine would be proud.
