I cant find a good mmo thats actually worth my time, ive played a bunch and none are good anymore. There all either the same or try and do something different and it just fails. I need a new game to tie me over until TESO or well i need a new mmo. Any suggestions?

Amazingly done quests & enviroment, boring as hell combat. If combat is your thing though, you may want to look into a more combat savy game like GW2, AoW, or Tera.
Matter of subjective opinion on TSW combat. Many like it quite a bit.

@op If you truly want some solid recommendations you need to provide more information. Like what games you do like, what you have tried, etc. There are simply too many games on the market to be able to give you any kind decent suggestion based on your post.
I did battle with ignorance today, and ignorance won.
To exercise power costs effort and demands courage. That is why so many fail to assert rights to which they are perfectly entitled - because a right is a kind of power but they are too lazy or too cowardly to exercise it. The virtues which cloak these faults are called patience and forbearance.
Not really possible to make recommendations without knowing even so much as a genre that you like (IE Fantasy, Sci-fi, etc), but I was having a ton of trouble finding an MMO home recently too so I can speak from experience when I say this: If you want to try something new you have to actually try something new.
I'm sure that sounds stupid and weird, but I found myself constantly going back to the same old thing. I took a long several year break from MMOs after Warhammer Online, mostly because of work and personal issues, but when I came back my MMO playing went something like: RIFT, TSW, GW2, Vanguard, and a whole slew of other randoms thrown in for good measure. At the end of the day while each of those games has different features they were the same thing. TSW still holds a special place in my heart because I love the setting, but it was still the same old thing when you got past that and the skill system.
So then I tried EVE Online which was a game I said I'd never try because I didn't want to be a spaceship, and who knew - I'm hooked. I play other games on the side, but EVE is filling my MMO needs so well that I find myself finally branching off into other ineresting games. If you haven't tried EVE you really need too - and you really need to find yourself a good Corp and just get involved.
I also play a ton of Planetside 2. It's one of those games that is truly fun and you enjoy playing it BECAUSE it's fun, and with Sony hinting that they want to flesh out systems for a metagame, it can only get better. And one thing I love about PS2 is that I don't even run with an Outfit and I still have a damn good time. It's a no obligations type game but hits all the right spots on MMORPG-like stuff (persistance, leveling, cosmetics) while not being the same old thing. Highly recommend this one for someone who loves massive, persistent worlds but is sick of the ! grind and all of it's variations.
You might also try some MOBAs and MOBA type games. They have a lot in common with MMORPGs while offering something fresh. I play War Thunder from time to time, similar to World of Warplanes but better in my opinion, as well as the ocassional run with Mechwarrior Online or Hawken.
Hope my experience helps you. I was getting pretty frustrated because I wanted to like MMOs so much, and fortunately EVE and Planetside 2 came along for me even though I never thought I'd like them.

Not knowing which MMos you actually played (a bunch is not really telling anything) will make it hard to make a meaningful recomendation.
Please state which MMos you played

DO NOT start with WoW
Trust me. Don't get hooked into the Blizzard environment unless you want your email hacked non stop.
you like TESO, then you like The Witcher 2, you don't need an MMO "until TESO" because MMOs are no filler games.
Either commit to one or let it be

GW2 will entertain you for a bit, but pvp being great is a very far stretch IMO.
I played WoW ages ago, and quit around Burning crusade. I'm STILL getting phishing attempts telling my my Battle.net account is found doing nasty things.
At least it is easy, when I quit, I didn't have a Battle.net account, and requested that my account to be frozen. To this day to get it activated I have to send in tons of information to prove it is me.
But as others have already stated. What genera of game you like? I'm finding games like Fallen Earth quite fun. No actual classes you spend points in skills as you see fit. You have enough to make a highly specialized character, OR a mediocre jack of all trades as you level. (basically if you concentrate on crafting, you are more than likely NOT going to be a great fighter)

These phishing attempts have nothing to do with blizzard or wow. They stem from users registering on sites that had something remotely to do with WoW, and then that 3rd party site selling your email address to others. It's basic internet security. I have never once recieved these phishing emails, and I've had a wow account for 6 and a half years.
But I also don't ever give my email adress out to anyone but friends, family, or colleges. I have a another email address I use just for registering on forums etc.
See that is funny Ragz45. The account that gets the phising attempts was my WoW only account (Actually I take that back, it is also my LOTRO account). On top of that, I do not nor will ever use a 3rd party software or mmo helper (until Steam forced me to use it for Civ V, but that was after I stopped playing WOW). The account I use for Forums, I still use till this day, and get all those lovely "enlarge your manhood" emails, but nothing WoW related.
ON TOP of that, There WAS a database breach back when I played, and I happened to be one on the list, unless it is just extreme coincidence that those emails started to that particular account shortly before the announcement.
It has nothing do to with "basic Internet security" on my end. I know what I'm doing, went to school for that. I did get hacked but it wasn't becuase of anything I did. It was because back then, Blizzard used your EMAIL as your login.
Ohh and to this day. that account only gets blizzard phishing, Jagex fishing (though I never played Runescape), Lotro emails, and notifications from Microsoft itself. I'm honestly suprised that I do not get those Cialis emails in that account

Original Poster gave us NONE of his interests which makes it hard to find a good match. Please give more info on what you like and don't like next time so we can help find a better match for you. Plenty of good suggestions given above imo.
