    I find this sort of surprising, but also "good" news. I guess they will be ready for end of March beta.

    It also mean that we should get quite a few "hands-on" preview soon...

    Do they let people record the gameplay footage @ pax?

    I know some conventions don't and some do. 

    The first video of GW2 I ever saw was the ranger demo from gamescon 2010 (iirc).  Hopefully we will get to see raw gameplay soon.

    EDIT:  Im not too enthused about watching recorded videos of another Tv screen, but I will accept it at this point.

    No, people will be able to write up about what they played, but not take pictures or videos.

    Guys, don't get your hopes up. A demo really doesn't prove much, just look at Aliens Colonial Marines.

    I'm going to take a wild stab in the dark and make the guess that ZOS might release some gameplay footage from Pax East themselves. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed.

    Let's hope it's not what a word DEMO is going to mean since now on.

     

    At least we'll finally see some ingame footage after months of staring on wallpapers and reading/listening shit.

    I wish I could go. Even though ZOS has said they won't allow cameras or video recording of the demo, I remain hopeful that some of it somewhere will be leaked. Or that ZOS will release some footage of the game play at the event.
