The current message from trying to log in:
"For the better quality of service, Netmarble is changing its server location to North America.
Brand-new, rapid Netmarble service is awaiting you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation."
Much of the game isn't terribly sensitive to lag, but this might make combat function better. I'm guessing that the servers were previously in South Korea, since that's where Netmarble is.

The new servers are up now. They were in South Korea before, and are now in North America, somewhere in the Pacific time zone. That should mean better latency for Americans.
Netmarble calls it a "Big, Exciting Change", but the only difference that they'll explain is that server time will now be displayed in Pacific time rather than whatever they use in South Korea.
I know where the server is now.
It's not in California.
