System Requirements

I'm interested in buying this game, but I went to their page to see if my PC could handle and it said my video card wasn't enough. I use a AMD Radeon HD 6800 series, and their Minimum req. is NVIDIA 8800 series 512 VRAM.

My question is, can my PC handle it?

I went to anandtech and here is the result:

http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/521?vs=539

Did the same on hwcompare:

My vga is a little superior in some aspects, but I'm not so sure.. Any help?

I´m pretty sure it will run nicely on low to medium graphics settings, but for high settings on current and upcoming MMOs you should consider getting a better graphics card, nvidia GTX 480, 580 or one of the new GTX6xx series cards

The game runs fine on a 6850.

You can run it on a 1080p monitor on medium with shadows on and viewing distance set to high with a good 40+ fps. You can even run the dx11 version.

The 6850 is a newer, more powerful card than the nvidia 8800.

What's more important is having a 64 bit OS.

I was running a 450 GTS, and I had no problems.  I am not sure how that relates to those cards, but I know it is pretty low.

I don't have any personal Radeon experience, but as far as I know, HD6850 is somewhere around the nVidia 9800 (which is a relabeled 8800 :) ). Where I want to go with this:

I saw TSW on 9800 once, low/medium settings, 1920x1200, it had pretty solid fps. I think a HD6850 can easily handle the game, especially on low settings.

Thank you for your replies! I was confused because what did show on TWS site.

I'll be buying TSW then, game looks fun!

Btw, I won't be running on high or ultra, just medium or low, it never bothered me playing that way. :)

I run on a Radeon HD 5770 just fine. Just using whatever settings the game assigned to me and not sitting around obsessing over FPS and what not.

I dont believe you can get any good fps with a modern pc screen (ie 1920x1080). I cant get a good gaming experince in dx11 with my rig (2560x1600) and i doubt you will have a pleasent experince in either dx9 or dx11.
Eve online and +1500 steam games in the back cataloge makes me a stressed out gamer.

6850 is somewhere around a 550ti in nvidia terms.

My bad, as I wrote I'm not much into Radeons... but then it's even better for OP, 550ti is better than 9800, so the HD6850 could perform pretty well.
