  SWTOR does not have autoattack, unless you consider companions. To take the best advantage of  your abilities you have to choose proper rotations and keep in mind additional effects added from skill tree and keep them active. Believe me, to be a good player in SWTOR you need to think about many things at once, not just spamming buttons. You can change key binding  to whatever you want

  They only key you need for that game is the SPACEBAR.
