    Based on what has been said/shown the major problem I already see is too much pnp. The dungeon design, to the "boring" pve content will doom the game. Part of the reason why EvE works is because of just how much room you have, shoving everyone together with a similar ruleset will be disasterous.

    I did battle with ignorance today, and ignorance won.

That is why so many fail to assert rights to which they are perfectly entitled - because a right is a kind of power but they are too lazy or too cowardly to exercise it.     Horrible design will doom this game.  They don't have a clue how people will abuse the pvp.
