Originally posted by Tibbz MSI has the same one with better quality for much cheaper I would HIGHLY suggest a 670MX or 675MX over teh 670/675M. Keplar vs Fermi aside, the MX is cooler, quieter and overclocks better with much less power. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834722019
Then why did you link a laptop with a GTX 675M and not 675MX?
The reason the MX is cooler and quieter is precisely because it's Kepler rather than Fermi. Getting about 70% better performance per watt is an enormous advantage. The only reason the 675M is still on the market is that Nvidia made way too many of the chips and now needs to get rid of them. Its AMD contemporary, the Radeon HD 6970M has been off the market for a long time.
Overclocking a laptop is a bad idea. In order to overclock properly, you need hardware that is way overkill on power delivery and cooling, and you can't get that in a laptop.
